What drives both: how many students you have, how much material we load for launch, and which modules you want. You get one fixed figure in writing after a short call, with no obligation and no surprises afterwards.

No. The platform is a web app. It runs in the browser on any device and can be added to the home screen with one tap. No app store, no downloads, no updates for students to install.

Yes, that is the point. Your name, logo, colors and, if you wish, your own domain. To your students, it is your school’s platform.

No, and you do not have to reformat anything. Send us what you already have: vocabulary lists as spreadsheets, exercises as Word files, worksheets as PDFs, recordings as audio files. We handle the conversion and load everything into your platform before launch. There is no import tool for your team to learn and no template to fill in. How we handle material you add later is part of what we agree in your plan.

Typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff, depending on how quickly your content is ready. We handle the technical side entirely.

The teacher view is one dashboard in the browser: your classes, your students and how active they are on the platform. There is nothing to install and no separate teacher app. Before launch we run a video call with your team and go through it together, and afterwards you reach the person who built the platform, not a ticket queue.

From your school, ideally. Your own reading texts, exercises and recordings are the strongest starting point: they match your course exactly and students hear voices they already know. We load everything for launch. Where something is missing we source licence-free material, and we never use anything we do not hold the rights to. One thing worth checking on your side: material licensed from a publisher for classroom use often may not be digitised, so bring us what your school actually owns.

Your content and your students’ data belong to your school. On cancellation we export everything in a machine-readable format, hand it over, and delete it from our systems afterwards. No lock-in and no exit fee.

We operate all of it and it is covered by your monthly plan. Those costs depend on your student numbers and how much audio, video and course material you store, so we quote the plan per school rather than as one flat rate. You see the figure before you sign, and if growth would move you to a different tier we tell you in advance.

That depends on how many students you have and what you would replace. The platform costs the same whether forty or four hundred students use it, so it pays off faster the more classes you put on it. If your school is very small, say so in the first call: it is better for both of us if we tell you honestly that it does not add up yet.
